杨庆山(1968-),男,国家级高层次领军人才,博士生导师,重庆大学土木工程学院院长。长期从事风工程、风能、结构工程领域的教学、科研和工程实践。分别于1989年、1992年和1995年获得哈尔滨工业大学学士、硕士和博士学位,于1998年、2001年和2014年以研究助理、访问学者和高级访问学者身份分别与香港理工大学、美国内华达大学和美国圣母大学开展联合研究。主持国家自然科学基金创新研究群体项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点项目、国家自然科学杰出青年基金、国家自然科学面上项目、中日联合资助国际合作项目、国家自然科学基金国际合作重点项目、高等学校学科创新引智计划等国家和省部级项目40余项。主持完成了200余项建筑结构抗风设计、风能资源开发、古建筑健康监测相关工程项目。主持制定屋盖结构风荷载规范一部,以第一作者出版专著3部,发表SCI/EI论文500余篇,授权专利30余项,Google Scholar H指数34,入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。获得国家科技进步二等奖(2项)、国家级教学成果奖二等奖、华夏建设科学技术奖一等奖(3项)、重庆市科学技术奖一等奖(3项)、中国钢结构协会科学技术特等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖(2项)、西藏自治区科技进步二等奖、北京市科技进步二等奖、高等学校科技进步二等奖、国际薄壳与空间结构协会Hangai Prize、国际学术会议ICSSCS的Highly Recommendable Paper Award等科技奖项,获得国务院政府特殊津贴、重庆英才计划优秀科学家、教育部首届青年教师奖、詹天佑科技奖、光华工程科技奖青年奖、中国空间结构优秀青年奖、茅以升北京青年科技奖、太阳膜结构优秀青年奖等荣誉。担任国际风工程学会国际执委、亚太代表,先后组织了国际高级风工程学校、第十四届结构工程国际研讨会,共同主持首次在中国召开的国际风工程学会的主体官方学术大会第十五届国际风工程会议。
