    个人简介

    刘敏,副教授,博导。主要从事结构风工程、建筑围护与光伏结构的教学、科研和工程实践。科技部“钢结构风致灾害理论与控制”创新团队、高等学校学科创新引智基地(“111”计划)成员。发表SCI/EI论文40余篇、国内外会议论文30余篇,主参编中文教材3部、英文教材1部,参编中国工程建设标准化协会(CECS)及中国建筑业协会(CCIAT)标准6部,授权发明专利3项、实用新型专利21项,获批软件著作登记权4项。主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金项目、国家重点研发计划子题、中国博士后基金面上项目、重庆市博士后特别资助项目、重庆市留学回国人员创新支持计划一等资助项目、重庆市科技局科技人才培养计划专项等国家及省部级项目十余项,参与国家自然科学基金国际合作重点项目、重庆市在渝院士牵头科技创新引导专项;研究成果应用于广州白云机场T3航站楼、西部(重庆)科学城科学会堂、深圳歌剧院、重庆龙兴足球场等大型屋盖及中广核厂房屋盖金属围护结构、浙商银行大厦超高层建筑玻璃幕墙风荷载计算及抗风分析,应用于广东恩平百米跨渔光互补柔性光伏支架、长勘院柔性光伏支架、中信博跟踪式柔性支架及三峡集团柔性光伏支架风振分析、风致气弹效应风洞实验及理论分析。曾获首届重庆市应急管理奖教金(2024,共20人)、住建部华夏建设科学技术奖一等奖2项(2023,2/15;2021,4/15)、钢结构协会科学技术奖一等奖(2022,5/15)、西藏自治区科技进步二等奖(2018,14/15)、第五届全国防灾减灾工程学术会议优秀论文一等奖(第1作者)(2019)、全国空间结构博士研究生论坛优秀论文奖和优秀新人奖(2015)、国家留学基金委公派研究生奖学金(2014)。
