卢谅，女，1978 年生于山西省长治市，博士，教授，博士生导师。2001年6月本科毕业于长安大学建筑工程专业；2005年6月毕业于昆明理工大学防灾减灾及防护工程专业取得工学硕士学位；2005年10月获得日本文部省国费奖学金，赴日本福井大学攻读岩土工程专业博士课程，于2008年9月取得工学博士学位，同年11月在日本福井大学地盘工学研究室从事岩土工程专业助理研究员工作。2011年至今在重庆大学土木工程学院工作。目前主要从事土木工程领域土力学与基础工程教学与岩土工程领域科研工作。自2005年以来，先后开展了地基承载力、边坡稳定与加筋土机理等岩土工程领域研究，主持国家自然科学基金2项、重庆市科委自然科学基金计划面上项目2项、留学回国人员科研启动基金项目1项，参与了日本文部省重点领域科研项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、重庆市科技攻关项目1项，在国内外期刊公开发表论文三十余篇。
